Measure your height and inside leg, then check that you can stand over the frame comfortably and reach the bars without stretching. Frame sizes vary by model; e-mail us before ordering if you are between sizes.

Every bicycle includes pedals. Racks and mudguards are included only where listed. Allow for handlebar, front-wheel and pedal fitting, saddle adjustment and a complete brake and gear safety check before riding. Ask a qualified cycle mechanic if you are unsure. Lights, a lock and a helmet are available separately from your preferred retailer.

Delivery is available to UK addresses. Delivery is included in the displayed order total. We will contact you to arrange delivery; no dispatch date is promised before it is agreed. Unless another date is agreed, delivery will be within 30 days of the contract.

You may cancel a distance order within 14 days after the day you receive your bicycle. E-mail [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement of cancellation, then return the bicycle within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the direct return cost; for a bicycle that cannot normally be returned by post, the estimated collection cost is up to £80. Contact us to arrange the return address before sending it.

We refund the item and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that it has been sent, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method. We may deduct loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the bicycle’s nature, characteristics and functioning. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
